Governance Structure

Solution Civil Capacity Building Organization is governed by a board of directors comprised of 4 members.
The board meets quarterly to provide strategic guidance, oversee organizational policies, and ensure the
organization’s mission is fulfilled. Day-to-day operations are managed by the executive director, who reports
directly to the board.
Decision-making is a collaborative process involving input from staff, volunteers, and key stakeholders. We
utilize a consensus-based approach whenever possible, fostering a culture of inclusivity and shared
responsibility. To ensure accountability, we conduct annual financial audits, performance evaluations, and
independent impact assessments. Additionally, we have established a risk management committee to identify
and mitigate potential threats to the organization’s sustainability
