•  Expand SCCBO’s reach to underserved communities within Northern Afghanistan, including remote
  and marginalized areas.
•  Strengthen partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and international organizations to
  leverage resources and expertise.
•  Develop innovative approaches to address emerging challenges, such as climate change, conflict,
  and technological advancements.
•  Demonstrate measurable impact on the lives of women and youth through regular monitoring and
  evaluation of programs.

Long-Term Objectives:

•  Contribute to the overall development of Northern Afghanistan by fostering a more just, equitable,
  and sustainable society.
•  Establish SCCBO as a leading organization in the field of women and youth empowerment in the
  region.
•  Create a sustainable and self-sufficient organization that can continue to serve the needs of
  women and youth for generations to come.
•  Inspire and empower future generations to pursue their dreams and contribute to the betterment
  of their communities.
•  Advocate for systemic change to address the root causes of poverty, inequality, and social
  injustice
